How we keep the network safe

Verified Chargers
Every charging station on EVChargePH is vetted by our operations team. Owners must submit equipment certificates, electrical permits, and on-site photos before going live.
Secure Payments
Transactions are processed through PayMongo — a BSP-regulated payment gateway. Pay with GCash, Maya, credit or debit cards. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Two-Sided Reviews & Ratings
After every session, both drivers and owners can leave honest, verified reviews. Ratings are visible on every listing so you always know what to expect before you plug in.
Dispute & Refund Support
Something went wrong? Our support team reviews disputes within 48 hours. Eligible refunds — including interrupted sessions and no-shows — are processed back to your original payment method.
Data Privacy Compliant
EVChargePH fully complies with Republic Act 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and is registered with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). You control what data you share.

We collect only what we need.
Personal information is used solely to operate your account, process payments, and improve your experience. We never sell your data to third parties.
You can request deletion anytime.
Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data. Submit a request through our Help Center and we will respond within 15 business days.
Secure in transit and at rest.
All data is encrypted using TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment partner, PayMongo.
