For drivers
How do I reserve a charging slot?
Search for a charger on the map, tap a listing that fits your connector type and schedule, then follow the booking flow. You'll receive a confirmation with a QR code you can show the owner on arrival.
How do I pay for a session?
EVChargePH uses PayMongo, which supports GCash, Maya, cards, and over-the-counter payment channels. Payment is collected at the time of booking; any unused time is automatically refunded within three business days.
What if the charger is occupied when I arrive?
Owners are required to honour confirmed bookings. If a charger is unavailable due to an owner error, tap 'Report an Issue' in your booking detail — we will issue a full refund and prioritise finding you a nearby alternative.
For charger owners
How do I get paid?
Earnings are transferred to your registered bank account or e-wallet every Monday for the previous week's sessions, minus the EVChargePH platform fee. You can track your balance and payout history in the Owner Dashboard.
How do I set my own price?
From the Owner Dashboard, open any listing and select 'Pricing'. You can set a per-kWh rate, a per-hour rate, or a flat session fee — and schedule different rates for peak and off-peak hours. Changes take effect immediately for new bookings.
Is it safe to share my charger with strangers?
Every driver on EVChargePH has a verified phone number and a public rating. You can choose to approve bookings manually, set access hours, and block specific dates. Our in-app messaging lets you coordinate without sharing personal contact details.
For businesses
How do business listings work?
Your business appears as a sponsored card near relevant EV charging stations on the map. Drivers browsing or waiting for a session will see your offer, logo, and a direct link — putting your brand in front of high-intent, high-income EV owners.
What do the advertising plans include?
Plans range from a Basic listing (logo, name, category) up to Premium (featured placement, full offer block, priority sort, and performance analytics). All plans are monthly and can be upgraded or cancelled at any time from your business dashboard.
