Claiming your business — FAQ
Is it free to claim my charging business?+
Yes. Claiming and listing are completely free — there is no upfront or monthly fee. EVChargePH only takes a small commission (around 10%) when a driver actually books and pays through the platform. If you never take a paid booking, you never pay anything.
Do I have to take reservations?+
No. You can keep your listing as an info-only profile so drivers can find you, or switch on reservations to accept bookings and payments. It is your choice, and you can change it anytime.
Can I set my own price?+
Absolutely. You set your own price per hour and your own availability, including a 24/7 option. You always see exactly what you keep after the small platform commission.
What can I put on my profile?+
Your business name, logo, cover photo and storefront, your connectors and charging speed, your services and amenities, your hours, and a promo or offer. Drivers see all of it before they choose where to charge.
Who can claim a charger?+
The owner or operator of the charger — a home host, a business, a mall, a fuel station, or a charging network. If it is your charger, you can claim it and manage it.
