1. About EVChargePH
EVChargePH is an online marketplace that connects electric-vehicle drivers with owners who make their EV chargers available to book. We provide the platform; we do not own or operate the chargers and are not a party to the actual charging session between a driver and an owner.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you must be of legal age to enter a binding contract.
3. For drivers
When you reserve a charger you agree to arrive on time, use the charger responsibly, and provide accurate vehicle details (including plate number) so the owner can identify you. You pay the rate shown plus any service fee at the time of booking.
4. For owners
You are responsible for listing accurate details, keeping your charger safe and in working order, honouring confirmed bookings, and complying with any building or homeowner rules. You set your hourly rate; EVChargePH retains a service commission on each booking.
5. Payments & fees
During our pilot, payment may be settled in cash on arrival. EVChargePH charges a service fee on bookings and a commission to owners. When online payments are enabled, they are processed by a third-party provider (e.g. PayMongo); we do not store full card details.
6. Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled from “My bookings.” A cancelled slot is released for other drivers. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to account suspension.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, post false information, damage an owner’s property, or use a charger for anything other than charging an electric vehicle.
8. Disclaimer & liability
Charging is done at your own risk. EVChargePH is an intermediary and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is not liable for the condition of any charger, the conduct of any user, or loss or damage arising from a charging session.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
